Made-to-Order Products

All our figures are **made to order**. We do not keep finished figures in stock. Production begins after an order is placed, and each figure requires materials, production time and labour specifically for that order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled **within 1 hour of placing the order**, provided that production has not already started.

Cancellations made within this period will receive a **100% refund**.

RAW / Unpainted Figures

If cancellation is requested after 1 hour and production has already started, 30% of the order value will be retained to cover materials, production time and labour already committed to the order. The remaining 70% will be refunded.

Painted Figures

If cancellation is requested after 1 hour and production has already started, 50% of the order value will be retained to cover materials, painting, production time and labour already committed to the order. The remaining 50% will be refunded.

Returns

**We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.**

As our figures are made to order, the statutory right to cancel for change of mind does not apply where the product qualifies for the applicable **made-to-order exception under Irish consumer law**.

Please make sure you are satisfied with your selected scale, finish and product before placing your order, as production begins specifically for your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your figure is **faulty, incorrect, or does not conform to the description or requirements of your order**, please contact us.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected, and we will provide any remedy required by applicable Irish consumer law.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any **mandatory consumer rights** that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
