1. Are your figures made to order?

Yes. All our figures are made to order. We do not keep finished figures in stock. Each figure is produced specifically for your order according to the selected options.

2. How long does it take to produce my figure?

Production time depends on the finish you select:

RAW / Unpainted figures: 2–4 days

Painted figures: Estimated 25+ days. Each painted figure is created specifically upon request and scheduled according to our current painting queue. This can sometimes result in uncertain processing times, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

Production time begins after your order has been received and production has started.

3. How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times are:

Ireland: 1–3 business days

Europe: 4–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local circumstances, public holidays and the courier service.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can request cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order, provided production has not already started.

You may still request cancellation after production has started. However, because your order is made to order and materials, production time and labour have already been committed specifically to your figure, a cancellation charge will apply:

RAW / Unpainted figures: 30% cancellation charge — 70% refund

Painted figures: 50% cancellation charge — 50% refund

The applicable cancellation charge covers materials, production time, labour and other costs already committed to your order.

6. Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled through the cancellation process because the order has already completed production and entered the delivery process.

7. Do the figures come painted or unpainted?

Both options are available.

Each figure has a Finish option where you can choose between RAW / Unpainted and Painted, where available.

8. What scales are available?

Available scales are shown on each product page. Select your preferred scale from the Scale option before adding the figure to your cart.

9. Are the figures toys?

No. Our figures are collectible resin models intended for hobby, modelling, collecting and display purposes.

They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 14. Some figures may contain small parts, sharp edges or pointed sections.

10. Can there be minor variations in the figure?

Yes. Because every figure is individually produced, minor variations in surface finish, dimensions or appearance may occur as part of the production and finishing process.
