1. Made-to-Order Production

All our figures are made to order. We do not keep finished figures in stock. Each figure is produced specifically for your order.

Production times:

RAW / Unpainted Figures: 2–4  days

Painted Figures: Estimated 25+ days. Each painted figure is created specifically upon request and scheduled according to our current painting queue. This can sometimes result in uncertain processing times, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. Delivery Times

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Ireland: 1–3 business days

Europe: 4–15 business days

At this time,we only ship within Europe.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, local delivery conditions, public holidays, weekends and courier operations.

3. Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the parcel has been handed to the courier.

4. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, any additional shipping cost required to resend the order will be the customer’s responsibility.

5. Delivery Delays

We make every effort to produce and dispatch orders within the stated processing times. However, once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant courier.

Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including public holidays, weekends, adverse weather, transportation disruptions, customs procedures or other courier-related circumstances.
